Lets get down to it! - Servies & Explanation


We’ve noticed that it can be difficult to determine what does and does not fall under key management, so we feel the need to explain this more clearly. Here’s what we mean by key management:


  • Check-in and check-out of guests + cleaning
  • Available 24/7 in case of calamities
  • Solving problems (at cost price of the item and based on an hourly rate)
  • Calling in a repairman/specialist if we cannot solve it
  • Cleaning the property
  • Check-in/out + final cleaning of the apartment
  • Check-in/out + final cleaning of the casa
  • Washing linen package pp
  • Washing linen package via launderette pp + 2 x transport
  • Washing towels during cleaning if a proper washing machine and dryer are available
  • Additional cleaning work at our hour rate
  • Check house if not rented, for example after storm, rain etc per visit

Free personal introduction, it is of great importance to us that there is a mutual link. After all, we will be responsible for your property for a longer period of time in your absence, in which respect, trust and a pleasant link in dealing are a great good and very important. If this is the case.

We will make an inventory of all the requested services, make notes during our personal meeting, this so we will never miss a single detail.

After our visit, based on the requested services and the property itself (every property has it own characteristics who can be of influence of the price – basically every client/ every property is tailor made, as well are our offers) we will prepare a quote and send it to you by email or WhatsApp.

Shopping Service


We offer our guests the possibility to pre-order their groceries. We save the purchase ticket and only charge you a minor fee* for our invested time and travel. Before your arrival, we’ll take care of the shopping, so when you arrive, you can relax with a fully stocked fridge, fresh fruit, bread, milk, coffee, and maybe even some bottles of wine or beer. We can also provide candles, tanning spray... You name it! Here’s how it works...

  2. We will do the groceries for you
  3. We will save the purchase ticket
  4. We will bring it to your holiday location and place it where it belongs
  5. When you arrive, its like coming home, being able to get whatever you want
  6. The ticket can be payed after arrival.

Key Holding Service


We make things easy again for you and this all within the boundaries of the new law.


  1. We can hold your key / keys within our private residence
  2. The keys are kept in a guarded safe deposit / unmarked form location
  3. You can call us, let us know on what day, at what time your guests arrive
  4. We will be on the location approx. 15 – 30 minutes before the guests arrive
  5. We will check the property one last time, open windows to allow the fresh wind to blow through
  6. We will receive you're guests, walk them around the house and explain how everything works
  7. We ( can if wished for ) also be the contact person for the guests, when something is wrong or they have questions.
  8. We also can do the check-out check for you, take the keys back from the guest and close up the property for you.
  9. After, the key will retain in our safe deposit box, safe and guarded

LATEST NEWS AND DEVELOPMENTS

( In the world of rental )


The Comunidad Valenciana has issued a new decree regarding changes and additions to the existing law regarding holiday rental licenses (Licencias Turisticas).


This has not yet been officially recorded in the Official Gazette, but we already provide an overview of the most important points:

  1. Licenses applied for from August 5th must be renewed every 5 years, including the permission of the city council (compatibilidad urbanística) and approval of the residents' association.
  2. Licenses obtained before July 1st 2018 do not need to be renewed (for the time being)
  3. Licenses obtained between July 2nd 2018 and August 4th 2024 must be renewed in 2030, including the permission of the city council (compatibilidad urbanística) and approval of the residents' association.
  4. A name change = application for a new license
  5. Use of a key box is prohibited. The check-in procedure must be done personally and the tenants' details are also noted at that time (for registration). After checking in, someone must always be personally available for any problems or questions, for example.
  6. Renting out part of the home is prohibited (e.g. room rental). The fine can be up to €600,000 = very serious violation.
  7. Failure to register tenants correctly = serious violation.
  8. The rental is managed by third parties? The owner is ultimately responsible for, for example, violations by tenants, rental problems, etc. The intermediary no longer bears any responsibility here. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is used to combat illegal rental. This means that the checks will also become stricter (these are carried out by the municipality).

How we manage and what we can offer you as an holiday rental party? In the above text it is very clear stated that per 01/01/2024 it will by law be forbidden to work with a key box. The owners of the holiday rental locations need to search for a new solution. Glad we can offer all of you this new 'way of work!'
